Yes...we can cut your phrase out on multiple lines!

At this time our Design Center shows all phrases on a single line which is how we normally cut out all orders. However, we are glad to cut your phrase out on multiple lines at your request. The following are 4 simple steps you can follow to communicate your request to us. (In the next release of our Design Center, multi-line preview will be available)

A few important notes:

Remember, only follow the steps above after you've added everything into your cart that you want to purchase. If you click "Continue Shopping" to add something else to your cart you will retain all items in your cart but the contents of the "Comments" field will be erased. You'll have to redo any/all comments.
You can add cutting instructions for more than one phrase in the comments field. Just leave a blank line between instruction sets. The comments field will accept any number of characters that you need to add.
We have a 13.5" vertical limit due to the size of our vinyl rolls. So for instance if you ordered a phrase on 3 lines and the total height of the 3 lines together was 13", you would receive all 3 lines on a single piece. If on the other hand the 3 lines together had a total height of 15" you would receive 2 of the lines on one piece and the 3rd line on a second piece.
On the final summary screen before you click to execute your payment you may notice any comments you added are listed in a field called "Messages". Your comments will show up as an unformatted jumble in the "Messages" field. Don't worry about this, when we receive your order the formatting is preserved and we're able to see where all your line breaks are.

(1) Once I've added everything I want to my cart (and I'm looking at the contents of my cart), I highlight my phrase, right-click to get a menu, and click on "Copy".
(2) Directly below I see the "Comments or Special Instructions" field. I place the cursor in the comments box, right-click to get a menu, then click on "Paste".
(3) With the phrase pasted in I make the line breaks just how I want the vinyl cut out. (The comments field accepts an unlimited number of characters.)
(4) Once I've broken the lines up I insert a line at the top stating that I want the lines broken up and how they should be laid out.
If I order the phrase "left-justified" my lettering would arrive looking like this.
If I order the phrase "centered" my lettering would arrive looking like this.
If I order the phrase with an "increasing indent" my lettering would arrive looking like this.

IMPORTANT: The following steps should only be followed after you have everything you want to purchase added into your cart. If you click the "Continue Shopping" link in the cart to add something else, any notes you've entered into the "Comments" field will be erased; items you have in the cart will remain, but any "Comments" are wiped out. These steps should be the last things you do before proceeding to checkout.
